Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may change. However, please note the following regarding order cancellations at EmmaSydney:
Order Processing
All orders are processed automatically and dispatched shortly after payment. For this reason, cancellations are not guaranteed once the order has been placed.
If Your Order Has Not Been Shipped
If you wish to cancel your order and it has not yet been dispatched, please contact us immediately at info@emmasydney.com.au. We will do our best to cancel it before it ships.
If Your Order Has Already Shipped
Once the parcel is in transit, cancellations are no longer possible. In this case, you may wait until the product is delivered and then initiate a return request as per our Return Policy.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost to our warehouse in China. Refunds will only be issued after the item is received and inspected.
